Allianz MiCo has been designed in full compliance with the requirements set out in Law No. 13/1989 and No. 220/2012, which define the fundamental accessibility standards for buildings intended for individuals with reduced mobility. Nevertheless, to further facilitate access to the venue, we have arranged a dedicated guidance service for their convenience.

Request Form

This service does not include any type of medical assistance but consists of courtesy accompaniment, guidance, logistical support, and a constant presence for the required duration.
It may include:

Dedicated welcome upon arrival and guidance within the event areas
Assistance with moving around the venue
Guidance to activities, workshops, or scheduled meetings
Support when leaving the venue
Management of any specific needs or personalized requests

Access

The Allianz MiCo is wheelchair-friendly. The main entrance is accessible via ramp, and all levels are connected by lifts, escalators, and stairwells. All lifts include Braille buttons

Parking

Allianz MiCo provides parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, subject to availability

Toilets

Toilets for people with disabilities are located throughout the venue on every floor. They all have an alarm pull cord system

Electromedical Equipment

We have power available in every meeting room and hall. If you require a power supply for medical reasons during an event, please contact your Event Manager
