Voluntary activities
Not just business. For the employees of Allianz MiCo solidarity and assistance to people
living in situations of weakness or difficulty are a priority. Thus, in collaboration with the company, with
the aim to increase the involvement of internal resources in voluntary programs, two solidarity projects are
currently underway. Each employee freely devotes some working hours throughout the year to these specific projects.
Parco delle Cave
The first involves the health facility for elderly RSA "Parco delle Cave" in Milan, which has 150 beds and a specific Alzheimer
project for 20 patients. Allianz MiCo employees engage in leisure support activities with the facility’s guests.
Il Balzo
The second initiative concerns the "Il Balzo" family solidarity association of Milan, which deals with the integration and education
of children and adults with cognitive disabilities. The commitment of Allianz MiCo workers is concentrated in the assistance during the catering activities.
